  • How far out do you recommend booking your service?

    Reach out anytime! We recommend booking about 3–4 months ahead to keep things smooth and stress-free. But life doesn’t always follow a long timeline, so if you need something sooner, just send us a message! We love making magic happen, even on a tighter schedule!

  • What is your Service Area?

    We serve Nashville and the nearby areas, such as Hendersonville, Madison, Murfreesboro, Franklin, Brentwood + Beyond. If having Cassia Coffee at your wedding, office, or event is part of your vision, I’m absolutely up for the adventure near or far!

  • Do you offer tastings?

    We offer tastings a little differently! Cassia Coffee does plenty of public-facing pop-up events, and we'd be thrilled to treat you to a complimentary coffee when you visit. It’s a fun, low-pressure way to sample my menu and chat in person!

  • Do you have a minimum for your events?

    Yes! Our standard package starts with 2 hours of serving time and includes 60–100 drinks. It’s a great baseline for creating an enjoyable, well-paced coffee experience for your guests.

  • What power & space requirements do you have?

    We can fit just about anywhere, but we do need at least a 6ft x 5ft space - This allows room for the cart, coolers & baristas. We also require one dedicated 15-amp circuit.

  • Do you serve alternative milks or decaf espresso?

    We include oat milk, whole milk & 2% at every event. Decaf is included upon request!

  • What customization can you do?

    We offer custom branded coffee sleeves & custom stickers for iced cups. We offer custom menus & special request menu options too! We’re event specialists, so ask away - We’d love to make magic with you!
