Hey friend!

I’m Emily - Founder of Cassia Coffee in Nashville, TN. Cassia Coffee was created out of a passion for loving people & loving coffee. In high school, I always thought “If I make enough money, I hope I can open a coffee shop on the side of [insert whatever dream career I had at the time]. In my junior year of college, I decided my dream career was actually that “side hustle” I’d dreamed about all along.

Coming from a background of faith, I felt led very early on in my life to pursue something around missional work, specifically with an orphanage in Thailand. So, Cassia Coffee is precisely the mixture of my two favorite things: specialty coffee & helping people. Today, Cassia Coffee has grown to a full coffee cart catering company, complete with a full espresso bar & custom drink menus for your special events. A portion of all profit goes toward empowering students aging out of this northern Thailand orphanage to go to university. Creating intentional, unique experiences for your special days, and making lasting memories, is my favorite thing. If you have a dream, I’d love to bring it to life!

My goal has always been, and will continue to be, create community locally while intentionally seeking to impact lives globally. Thanks for being here!
